Capacities is a knowledge management application developed by Capacities Labs GmbH in Germany. It treats each note as a node (“object”) and lets users link notes into a connected graph, rather than organizing information in folders. The service runs on encrypted servers hosted in Europe and complies with GDPR. Capacities Labs says the app is funded by its user community (no outside investors) and offers both free and paid plans.
