About

About Sushil & Growack

A founder-led studio for B2B Tech, SaaS and professional services teams who want RevOps and growth that actually match how they sell.

Growack is a studio of one. I rebuild the RevOps and growth systems these teams sell through, so marketing and sales finally read from the same numbers.

My path to RevOps & growth

It reads in three parts: the roles that taught me demand generation, the shift into RevOps and personalisation, and why Growack exists at all. Follow the rail from where I started to where the work sits today.

  1. Digital marketing

Part one · The roles that taught me demand

    Learning where attention leaks.

Started in digital marketing, learning demand and channels hands-on. Paid, content, and lifecycle work showed me where attention leaks out of a funnel before it ever becomes a lead.

  2. B2B demand gen

Part one · The roles that taught me demand

    From clicks to qualified pipeline.

Moved into B2B demand gen, where the scorecard shifted from clicks to qualified pipeline. A good campaign only pays back when the system beneath it can route, track and report what it brings in.

  3. HubSpot & RevOps

Part two · The shift into RevOps and personalisation

Going under the campaign, into the system.

Went deep on HubSpot and RevOps: the data models, lifecycle stages, routing and dashboards that let a team finally trust its own numbers.

  4. Salesforce personalisation

Part two · The shift into RevOps and personalisation

    Clean foundations, then high-intent journeys.

Ran Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalisation for an enterprise mobility brand, wiring clean RevOps foundations into high-intent journeys so each visit could push a deal along.

  5. Growack

Part three · Why Growack exists at all

    One thing, done properly.

Growack exists because that split kept repeating: good marketing sitting on a system that could not route, track or report what it brought in. So I do one thing properly. Connect what B2B Tech, SaaS and professional services teams already run on, then build growth on a base that holds.

Making marketing and sales pull the same way

Across demand gen, RevOps, and personalisation, the lesson never changed. Fix the system first, and the revenue follows.

The engagement I point to first

Twelve months inside one Salesforce org for a global mobility brand. I rebuilt the data model before a single personalised journey went live, and every stage of the funnel widened behind it. That order is the whole argument for fixing the system first.

The numbers from that engagement sit with the client, and I will walk you through them on a call rather than publish figures I cannot put a source next to here.

See the work

RevOps first. Then growth, layered on only where it earns its place.

How I work with teams

A small roster, direct access to me, and a mix of async and live sessions. You work with me directly, from the first audit to the last iteration.

A limited number of active clients

I keep the roster deliberately small, so each engagement gets real focus and momentum instead of best-effort attention.

Direct access to me

No account managers, no layers. Whoever scopes the work is the one who builds it and reports back to you.

Async plus live working sessions

A mix of async updates over Loom and docs, plus live working sessions on the calendar, so progress keeps moving between calls instead of waiting for the next one.

Your team or freelancers, in the loop

Bring in your in-house team or trusted freelancers whenever it helps, so the work leaves you more capable, not more dependent.

Who I’m a good fit for

The honest version, so a call is worth your time. Here is who I do my best work for, and who I would happily point somewhere else.

In-market segments. For technology-based products, and professional services businesses.

Strategic & executional mix of marketing and sales solutions for their customer facing teams with MarTech capabilities in HubSpot and Salesforce systems.

B2B Tech & Products (SaaS)

Product-led and sales-led SaaS teams running HubSpot or Salesforce, where the funnel is already generating volume and the system underneath it has stopped keeping up.

Professional Services

Advisory, agency and specialist services firms selling expertise, where enquiries arrive through several routes at once and nobody can say which route actually pays.

A good fit Let’s talk

  • B2B Tech & Products (SaaS), already running HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Professional services firms selling expertise, where enquiries arrive through several routes at once and the reporting cannot tell you which one paid.
  • You care more about clean data and real pipeline than impressions, opens, and dashboards no one acts on.
  • Founders and leaders who want a partner, not just a vendor. An operator close to the business, in the work with you week to week.

Probably not me Not my lane

  • Pre-revenue or still hunting for product-market fit. Fixing a funnel needs a funnel to fix.
  • You want a full agency, a named account team, and a status deck every Friday.
  • You need a one-off campaign burst and no interest in the machinery behind it.

What it is like on the other side of the work

Sushil and I worked together at Elsevier Corporate Markets. He was part of the Digital Team reporting to another colleague. However, his skills in building email campaigns in the Adobe Campaign tool were the perfect excuse to work together. In our work relationship, Sushil always shows his collaborative attitude. I have requested his support for specific emails campaigns and I was never disappointed. Sushil is a great value and eager to learn. I am sure he will be an excellent asset to any company.
