Digitalcourage is a German privacy NGO that runs a free DNS resolver (dns3.digitalcourage.de) intended to bypass censorship. The server supports only DNS-over-TLS on port 853 (no unencrypted or DNS-over-HTTPS support). It is hosted in a German data center and configured to not log individual DNS queries. The service enforces DNSSEC and is funded by donations.
