Restena Foundation’s public DNS service offers a recursive resolver open to all users. The resolver enforces DNSSEC validation for security and accepts only encrypted queries via DNS-over-TLS or DNS-over-HTTPS. This setup ensures the integrity and confidentiality of DNS data. Restena provides infrastructure for Luxembourg’s research and education community and extends this resolver for general public use.
