Tactical Growth Marketing Meetup
Small, practical sessions for B2B Tech & SaaS teams: real teardowns, real numbers, no pitch decks. Seven editions run so far, in Amsterdam and online.
- Next edition: dates announced to subscribers first. Register below and you will hear about it before it goes public.
- Format: one evening, four short parts. Teardowns and working examples, not talks.
- Location: Amsterdam, plus online editions for people outside the city.
- Room size: deliberately small, so everyone in it can put their own funnel on the table.

Four parts across one evening
The shape that ran at the last edition, hosted with TSH Collab in Amsterdam. Each part is a live teardown with the numbers on screen, and the room argues with them.
The four teardowns run in sequence, and the sequence is the point: each part picks up where the previous one leaves the visitor. Landing pages set the promise, usability decides whether the visitor gets through it, virality decides who else hears about it, and lead generation is what is left at the end.
Landing pages
Real pages pulled apart in front of the room: what the page promises, what it asks for, and where the drop-off actually sits.
Usability
Watching how people move through a flow instead of guessing. The friction is usually somewhere nobody on the team looks.
Virality
What makes a loop actually loop, and why most referral mechanics quietly stop after the first turn.
Lead generation
Where the leads come from, what they cost, and which of them the CRM can still recognise a month later.
What a teardown actually looks like
Part one is a real page, pulled up in front of the room. We read what it promises, what it asks for, and which version of it the numbers actually preferred. Then the person who owns it gets to argue back.
Illustrative view of the kind of page that goes up. Not a client screenshot.
Editions one to six followed the same idea: hands-on growth teardowns with founders and marketers from the Amsterdam B2B community. The topics change with whoever is in the room.

Come if this is your week
- B2B Tech & SaaS marketers who own a number and want to know why it moved.
- Founders running growth themselves, before there is a team to hand it to.
- RevOps and demand gen people who are tired of tactics with no system underneath them.
- Anyone happy to be torn apart in public. The best sessions are the ones where someone brings a page that is not working.
Three things, not a swag bag
- A teardown of something you own. Bring a page, a flow or a campaign and it goes on the screen.
- The order to fix things in. Which of the four parts is costing you most right now, and which one can wait a quarter.
- A room of people with the same problem. Small enough that you leave knowing who to message afterwards.
Sushil Krishna, founder of Growack
The meetup is run by the same person who does the client work: no panel, no sponsor slot, no junior staff. Growack is a founder-led RevOps and growth marketing studio in Amsterdam, working with B2B Tech & SaaS teams across Europe.
Most teams in the room do not need another tool. They need to know which broken thing is quietly costing them deals. That is what the evening is spent finding, and it is the same thing the client work starts with.

Even when there were some barriers within what we could do, Growack always did the best to find a workaround.

Save your seat for the next edition
Seats are limited because the room is meant to stay small. Send me a message and I will put you on the list, then you get the date, the location and the running order before any of it goes public.
Thanks. Your message is on its way.
I’ll get back to you personally, usually within one to two business days.
Recaps and slides from past sessions go up on the blog.
